Beijing Cultural Development Center for Rural Women

Beijing Dongcheng District Rural Women Home Care service agency is incorporated in Dongcheng District Civil Affairs Bureau, and established by Beijing Cultural Development Center for Rural Women. It is a privately-run non-enterprise, being in the charge of Dongcheng District Civil Affairs Social Organization Service Center. The agency is located in Chaoyangmennanxiao street, Dongcheng District, with convenient transportation. It provides home care, Yuesao(tendering the newborn baby), feeding, cleaning and other services for the 14 blocks in Dongcheng District as well as other urban areas of Beijing. The agency aims at assisting the government and the society to relieve pressure of the aging population, while providing jobs for city laid-off workers(between the age of 40 and 50) and rural women, enhancing their income to improve the quality of life.

Beijing Dongcheng District Rural Women Home Care service agency integrates resources of various departments in cultural Rural Women Development Center. Rural Women magazine helps with publicity and promotion; project departments contact women's federations at all levels to hire surplus labor; practical skills training schools teach rural women skills; the center offers jobs; "working girl's family" will track the progress. These forms a standardized  one-stop service process consisting of publicity, training, employment and services . There are four departments in the Center: the "home care service department", "training and employment department," "psychological counseling department," and "integrated services department". Services covers all aspects of family life, providing comprehensive, reliable, efficient, high-quality, professional service for Beijing families and communities.
