The Truly Loving Company (TLC) produces and sells quality personal and household products in Malaysia. 100% of the profits are donated to charity.

They don't test on animals or compromise on product standards. Their products include:

  • bath & body
  • kitchen cleaners
  • floor cleaners
  • bathroom cleaners
  • fabric care

The Truly Loving Company was established in 2006. It was the realization of a vision that the founders Julia Chong and Khaw Chay Tee had held for almost a decade. That vision was to set up a unique socially responsible business that uses a corporate profit model to develop, manufacture and market the TLC brand of Household and Personal Care products to caring consumers and thereby generate a regular, sustainable and long term source of income and funds for worthy charities.

TLC is the brainchild of its CEO, Julia Chong. Formerly the regional Managing Director for one of the world's largest household, health and personal care manufacturers, Julia's dream of establishing a philanthropic company based on a corporate profit model became a reality in July 2006. Teaming up with her co-director Khaw Chay Tee, TLC became the country's first socially responsible company to pledge 100% of the company's dividends to qualified registered charities.

The Truly Loving Company and its TLC range of Household and Personal Care products have been in the market since 2006. Today, TLC products are available in retail supermarket chains such as Carrefour, Cold Storage, Giant, Jusco, Tesco, Village Grocer, 99 Speedmart and in many independent retail outlets. Their shelf merchandising has gained impact and their in store presence has improved substantially.

In July 2011, in addition to caring for the community, The Truly Loving Company extended its care to the environment with the launch of the TLC Green product range. These products are formulated with biodegradable and plant based ingredients that dissolve naturally. They are priced at an affordable level to encourage everyone to care for the environment.

TLC won the Prime Minister’s Corporate Social Responsibility Award for the Small Company Category in 2009.
