背景及业务描述

Bollywood Veggies由Ivy Singh女士和丈夫Lim Ho Seng在2000年建立。夫妻俩在思考退休后生活的方向时，因为不甘浪费高尔夫球场，珍惜与当地人的友谊，最终决定在西北克兰芝乡村租用一个10英亩的一块土地。

今天，Bollywood Veggies提供各种教育和娱乐活动：

百欧欢有机食品发展中心（OFDC），是中国的主要的有机产品认证机构。百欧欢符合国际有机农业运动联合会标准，即有机完整性的原则，与美国、欧洲和日本的法规相匹配。

百欧欢（原名为OStore）离上海浦东国际机场仅10分钟车程，由Jane Tsao于2004年成立，是一个小型的家庭为基础的有机农场，目标推动中国与有机食品运动。Jane和百欧欢农场都认为，有机生活有助于培养更好的人与自然环境的关系；百欧欢也通过生产无化学、无生长激素和其他形式污染的农药，致力于促进食品安全。百欧欢每三个月计划农作物的生产，种植120不同的季节性农作物（如豌豆苗，甜玉米，南瓜，茄子，芦笋，马铃薯，花椰菜，芝麻菜，莳萝），产品分配给个人和企业客户，如凯悦公园，百盛，环球广场，和一些本地超市。除了季节性的水果和蔬菜，客户也可以获得有机蜂蜜，奶粉，大米，干豆和茶。

Paradise Farm is a multi-purpose farm in Sri Lanka that does organic farming and eco-tourism. It is presently operating as a demonstration farm with nurseries and multi-cropping of agricultural and forestry plants and processing of organic green tea, fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices. During its 10 years of operation, the farm has generated valuable experience in sustainable agriculture and forestry.

Produce Green Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization, was established in 1988 by a group of local enthusiasts concerned about modern farming and the environment. It has set up the first organic farm in Hong Kong. Green lifestyles were promoted to the public through the concept of organic farming, with the hope of providing safer and more healthy food and environment. Participants of the activities can experience a natural way of life by spending time on the soil, so that they will treasure the Earth’s resources and reduce possible damages.
