High Social and/or Environmental Impact: Activities benefit and provide opportunities to local communities. Impact is quantifiable in terms of social and environmental returns

Financial Sustainability: Social enterprise is self sustaining without regular need for donations or capital

Scalability: Business model is scalable and can be replicated under similar conditions.
